Onyx Enterprises, Inc. vision is to be a socially responsible engineering consulting firm that develops solutions to challenging problems with a spirit of excellence and integrity. Onyx Enterprises, Inc. mission is to be a catalyst in developing and sustaining communities through sound project and construction management capabilities.

Onyx Enterprises, Inc. model is "Execute the Results". Onyx represents focus/ alignment and determination all with a purpose of executing sound engineering solutions with excellence and integrity.

We manage a project with a holistic approach keeping in mind sustainable energy, quality engineering, and cost. We offer the client cost effective solutions with superior project delivery methods. Ms. Buckles has an array of water and wastewater engineering experience. She has experience in managing projects and teams of engineers involved in design and construction engineering, RPR services, start-up/testing, O&M Manuals and closeout for more than $600 million in construction work.
